Sales & Commercial Manager

Your Tasks/Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Responsible for the coordination of all commercial matters related to the respective Product Lines across Europe (e.g. Price, Supply/Logistics, Pan-European accounts management, new product introduction etc.) as well as interface with suppliers/agent/customers
  • Key Account Management
  • Establishes and executes annual budgets and long-term sales & marketing plans
  • Composes the marketing and new business development plan for new products and established products
  • Advise commercial, technical and company management about product and process developments, trends, alternatives
  • Contact person to relevant organizations related to the rubber industry
  • Build up customer base in Germany, Switzerland and Austria, Benelux and East Europe
  • Supervision of three sales representatives

Your Profile/Ihr Profil:

  • University degree in chemistry, plastic engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in the above mentioned function
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong communication skills
