Goal:  

Development & execution of the Global Marketing Roadmap for the automotive growth program “Electric powertrain & electronics”, robust project portfolio and associated short-, mid- and longterm plan, to maximize SBU’s growth strategies in the automotive industry segment as well as positioning our client to realize its full potential in the emerging business opportunities of tomorrow.

Your Tasks: 

Identify and prioritize global program themes based on market attractiveness and value proposition and establish & manage a supporting plan for the upcoming years
Ensure that global marketing activities supports new business development of BU’s in existing application as well as identifying priority areas for innovation in the segment.
Develop & implement global strategy through the program organization for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the automotive OEM leaders and Tier suppliers in the E- mobility & electronics area positioning our client as a long term preferred strategic innovation partner.
Promote & raise visibility of our client and its offerings in the growth program area to the automotive industry globally, though specific events, brochures, presentations, attendance to fairs, targeting OEM’s and tier suppliers.
Organize the monitoring and communication of relevant intelligence on the respective value chains and competitive trends.
Ensure program governance across all four growth programs with regard to methodologies, cross segment learnings and reporting 

Your Profile:

Scientific/Engineering study in chemistry, material sciences, electrical/mechanical engineering or similar
Strong communication skills at all levels
Relevant working experience in the automotive industry, ideally in field of powertrain/E-Mobility
Fluent English and German language
Strategic thinking and intercultural competence
