Location: Düsseldorf



Our client, a big player in the field of QR Code Scanning & Data Management Systems, is seeking YOU as the responsible person for supporting their business in increasing their sales on the EMEA market. Your mission is to develop and expand new business strategies in indirect sales and build up and strengthen the relationship to partners and distributors.

Your Tasks:

As Head of Sales Europe you will lead, coach, direct and supervise an international team of sales staff operating in Germany, the UK, France and Italy
Develop and implement new marketing strategies to increase sales in cooperation with the Head of Marketing.
Report business figures and prepare the sales forecast for the Japanese parent company as base for their production and delivery schedules planning.
Contribute to the business and product development and defend the company’s business strategy.

Your Profile: 

Degree (Master/Diploma) in business administration, business engineering or similar
Relevant working experience of selling hardware/solution related products over distribution channels
Strong soft and leadership skills
Analytical skills and problem solving attitude
Fluent in English and German language
