Your Mission:

Our client is one of the the market leaders in the field of High Performance Chemicals and is now seeking YOU as Regional Sales Manager EMEA for their Resins, Compounds and FKM portfolio. Your mission is to manage the sales development of above mentioned products but also to lead/supervise the local Sales and Key Account Management staff.

Your Tasks:

Lead and supervise the EMEA Sales and Key Account Management staff
Set up and execute the EMEA sales strategy
Identify new sales potentials and boost business development
Create and implement annual sales budgets
Interact with different business units such as technical service/engineering, marketing and product management

Your Profile: 

Engineering (e.g. business chemistry) or technical / commercial degree (e.g. business engineering)
Experience in leading multinational staff
Relevant working experience in the chemical/plastic processing industry
Experience in innovation marketing, branding and marketing intelligence
Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude
Fluent in English and German language
