Your Mission:

As Technical Service Manager you are the responsible person for establishing and maintaining relationships with all customers from the European tire industry. You will be the link between customer needs and our client’s technical Sales and R&D departments.

Your Role: 

Technical Support for European tyre manufacturers
Build up and maintain close relationships with customers
Find out and transform the customer’s needs into practicable concepts
Arrange in-house experiments to obtain technical data
Pre-sales activities in terms of product and market research
Cooperate with the sales and R&D team to support the daily business
Hold professional and representative meetings with customers

Your Profile: 

Academic degree, ideally with focus on chemistry, polymer chemistry, material science, process engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable
Relevant experience in the tyre or rubber industry
Good knowledge of SBR/BR, rubber & silicone compounds and chemical analysis
General knowledge of the European tyre market
Interested in working with different cultures
Fluent English and German language skills
