Your Mission:
Our client is one of the the market leaders in the field of High Performance Chemicals and is now seeking YOU for their European Technical Service related to Semiconductor Material products.
Your Tasks:
-Establishing the resources required for projects and tracking projects in line with corporate requirements
-Leading the team of technical service specialist in the subsegment of resins, melts and compounds.
-Collaborating with technical staff to create strategic plans to deliver services
Analyzing clients’ issues and developing plans to mitigate them
-Leading projects in the semiconductor and materials segment from development to industrialization
-Setting technology direction in close collaboration with HQ Japan and global stakeholders
-Identify technical gaps and customers’ needs in the semiconductor market, consumer and electronics and communicate those accordingly to sales and marketing
-Understand new technologies (e.g. lithographic equipment’s) and identify the impact on its material needs in existing technologies (e.g. etching & decomposition)
Your Profile:
-University degree (MSc, Diploma) in chemistry, chemical engineering
-Relevant working experience in the above mentioned product field, ideally Semiconductor – Resins technology
-Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
-Strong result orientation, teamwork and organizational skills
-Fluent in English
