Sales Role in the European Chemical Industry
Your Mission:
Our client is one of the the market leaders in the field of High Performance Chemicals and is now seeking YOU as Sales Support Manager for countries like France, Benelux, Spain and Portugal.
Your Tasks:
Forecasting, budgeting, pricing, expense reporting and activity planning
Promote products and develop standard sales conditions to clients
Conduct discussions with customers and prospects based on pricing terms and sales conditions
Develop/establish a close cooperation with all levels of the customer organisation (including purchasing, technical, R&D and outsourcing functions)
Assist in the development and the implementation of a business strategy to profitably sell the products in the Territory in line with global policies.
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
Your Profile:
Degree in technical or chemical engineering or master in business science with additional experiences in technical sales
Relevant working experience in the above mentioned product field, ideally FKM, Resin, Compound or PPA technology
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Strong result orientation, teamwork and organizational skills
Fluent in French and English
