Interface between Battery R&D, Customers & Sales
Your Mission:
Our client is one of the the market leaders in the field of High Performance Chemicals and is now seeking YOU for their European Marketing & Business Development related to Battery Material products.
Your Tasks:
Ensure that regional marketing activities support new business development by identifying priority areas for innovation in the target segments
Assess market trends and requirements in targeted applications within battery technologies
Support the development of short-, mid- and long-term marketing strategies for successful market introduction/commercialization of new products
Identify market needs and customer gaps and develop and align the product portfolio accordingly
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the OEMs and Tier suppliers in the target markets and industries, positioning our client as a preferred strategic innovation partner
Report to internal stakeholders on customer visits and project status
Preparation of marketing materials and presentation at customers and trade fairs etc.
Strong collaboration and working on projects with other Marketing Programs, R&D, Technical Service and Sales
Your Profile:
University degree (MSc, Diploma) in chemistry, chemical engineering business administration
Relevant working experience in the above mentioned product field, ideally Llithium-ion Battery/Binder technology
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Strong result orientation, teamwork and organizational skills
Fluent in English
