Their key offerings include products for automotive and industrial applications as well as specialised materials for the aerospace sector. They also produce impervious materials and chemicals for industrial equipment, flexible materials for automotive uses and various other innovative products. Committed to global expansion, the company exports its products worldwide and collaborates with international partners to innovate and develop new applications.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the primary contact for existing customers in Europe, fostering strong relationships
- Proactively acquire new customers across the European market, expanding our client base
- Conduct business trips throughout Europe to visit customers and attend exhibitions
- Write detailed reports on business trips and provide monthly sales updates
- Develop and create comprehensive business plans and sales forecasts
- Manage and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders (to Japan), order confirmations and invoices for customers
- Perform in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate closely with the sales team at headquarters in Japan to align strategies
What you bring with you:
- Proficiency in English, German and Japanese languages
- Degree in economics, engineering, or language studies (e.g., Japanese Studies)
- Strong interest in sales and good communication skills
- High motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and drive results
- A valid driver’s license
