Key IT Role
Your Mission:
Our client is today one of the market leaders in the field of Injection Moulding machines and is now seeking YOU as new IT Specialist for their European HQ in Düsseldorf as IT specialist as responsible person for all the IT needs including installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration and resolving IT support issues.
Your Tasks:
-Installation of new software and hardware components
-Evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
-Assisting with network administration tasks
-Ensuring date storage is safe and secure
-Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
-Educating coworkers about network security and best practices
-Supporting the day-to-day operation of our computer network
-Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
-Champion the adoption of Office 365 services as appropriate for our business -Manage and monitor Office 365 services
Your Profile:
-Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or computer engineering or similar
-Office 365 administration & SharePoint Administrator experience
-First proven working experience as IT Specialist
-Good interpersonal and good communication skills
-Fluent in German and English
